Appearance:
Aurora has curly brown hair that falls down to nearly the middle of her back. Because she had a tan complexion as a human, her skin color is not exactly pale, but it is pale for her. Both of her parents lived in Australia before they moved to the U.S. so she has a somewhat Australian look.

She stands at about 5'6" which is actually quite tall for her family. When in public luring in prey, she wears light blue contacts. If she is not hunting, jeans and a nice shirt will usually do. When she doesn't have to impress anyone, she is very tom boyish with her appearance. Her burgundy eyes and beautiful face give away the fact that she is a vampire.


Personality:
Aurora can be very manipulative and persuasive. She has also never met a vampire equal to her fighting techniques so she has too big of a head about that and assumes she cannot be defeated. Usually she is quite antisocial and has never needed to have anyone to help her. It's also hard for her to be empathetic toward anyone or anything. Her mindset is that if you are in a bad situation, that is your problem. Aurora is a nomad and prefers to lure her prey, preferably men but anything works, instead of merely attacking them when they happen to be alone. It makes the hunt more fun for her.

She is a "do what you have to to get what you want" person. It doesn't really matter who gets hurt in the process. Like I said before, she's never really been close to anybody so it's not like she really knows the people she steps on to get what she wants. Unless there is something in it for her, Aurora will not do anyone bidding but her own. Maybe given the right environment, she can learn empathy and change her cold nature?

History:
Aurora was born to a well-off family in a small town in Louisiana. She was forced to fend for herself most of the time and became skillful at being very independent at an early age. Her parents set rules for her, but were never home to reinforce them. At 16, she finally got tired of living under their roof and ran away. You'd be surprised at how far a 16 year old can get if you have the right connections. After they found out, her parents left her alone. Aurora lived with a friend in California and got a small job to help pay for her necessities.

Even though she lived with the foster family of sorts, she was never close to any of them. It has always been hard for her to form positive relationships. When she turned 18, Aurora bought her own place and got a steady job at a strip club. It payed about $400 dollars a night and she was an amazing dancer, and actor for that matter. Perfect for making every man that walked in feel special. She secretly hated it, but anything to put food on the table.

One night, a man that was not exactly "the usual" arrived, looking ridiculously good. She kind of wondered why someone so well dressed would be in a place like this, but shook it off. After she was done for the night, the man met her outside around the corner. Aurora could handle her own and wasn't too worried, but he followed her for another few blocks. Eventually she turned around and demanded that he leave her alone or she would call the police. Without his notice, she pushed the emergency button she had installed into her phone and continued walking.

A few minutes later, he got too close and she turned around to punch him. He caught her hand in mid air, laughed, and took her into a nearby building that had recently gone out of business. He then proceeded to bite her. As miraculous as the situation was, Aurora would have died if the police sirens had not gone off at that exact moment. It was just enough to scare him into leaving. She stayed there in pain for three days and when she woke up, she was a vampire. From then on, all she has ever known was the hunt. She soon learned of a coven of great power, and went to them. She is now a part of teh Volturi. (I made it kinda short and sweet because I know I wouldn't want to spend an hour reading this stuff. I can make it longer if you want.)


RP Sample:

Poison climbed out of her two story window. This wouldn't be the first time she's done this. She's done it to get to gigs,with her ex-boyfriend, and to go to the beach. Her parents would flip if they found out she was sneaking out of the house at two in the morning. The beach was only five minutes from her house, which she loved. She threw her legs around the old Sicomore tree branch, and climbed down the rest of tree. She walked the five mintues to First Beach, in La Push. She could hear the waves of the ocean.

She looked up, and saw the stars, it was a full moon tonight. It was alittle cloudly to, but that was fine with her. She walked, and sat down in the white-brown sand. It began to sprinkale alittle, but she was fine. She laid down on her back, and drift to sleep. She began to dream of her band getting a record deal.

She felt sun on her face. 'Oh no!' She thought. She sat up, and she was soaked. She looked at the sun, and it was about six o'clock in the morning. She walked back to her house, her fathers car was gone. So she had her mother to deal with. She walked in, and heard her mother shouting at her. She ignored it. She walked straight for the bathroom. She turned on the hot water, and stripped of her clothes. She stepped in, and was less tense from before.

She got out about twenty minutes later. She stepped out, and wrapped the towel around her slender body. She walked out, and saw Trace down stairs next to her older sister Lacey. Two people she hated the most in her family was her mother and Lacey. They were excatly the same. Always yelling at her to be a regular teenage girl. She walked right into her room, ignoring her mother, and LAcey's shouts.

She went to her dresser, and pulled out a black lace bra, and black underwear. She went to her shirt drawer, and picked out a black shirt that had a blue rose on it. She went to her pants drawer, and picked out a blue mini skirt. She applied her basic make up, which includes lip gloss, and eyeliner. She kept her hair the way it always was. Down, short, and curly.

She grabed her jacket, and keys. She ran down stairs, and was stopped by her mother. She was yelling about her leaving the house, like she really cared what Poison did. She looked at Trace, and the said, "I'm taking Trace, and we are going to the park." Her mother went to protest, but Poison already had him in her arms, and was out the door. Trace smiled up at Poison, and she smiled back. She unlocked the back door of her little Honda Civic, and put Trace in his car seat. She got into the front, and started the car.

Her mother was outside yelling for her to stop the car, or she would call the cops saying she kidnapped Trace. Poison slamed the breaks, and turned off the car. No one would treaten her like that. She turned to look at Trace, and she said, "I'll be right back." She got out of the car, and walked up to her mother. "He isn't your son anymore. He is mine, I gave birth to him, and you can't say I kidnapped my own son, now can you?" She said to her mother. Her mother speechless for the first time.

She walked back to the car, and got in, and started it. She drove to the park, and there she told Trace that she his mother. He was so happy to know. She enjoyed him calling her mommy, and saying, 'I love you, Mommy'. It gave such a joy.
