Volterra

Volterra is home to the Volturi, a royal family of vampires. They live under the city and use one of the ancient and beautiful buildings to lure tourists to their deaths. and where in New Moon Bella saves Edward from exposure, after he believed her dead. Howver the Voltuir soon find out and take Bella and Edward and with them Alice to the lair of the Volturi, where it is decided- much to Edwards displeasure that Bella be either turned or killed- later Alice proves that Bella will one day become a Vampire..
